Meet me

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who blends medication support with practical, skills-based therapy so you leave each visit with something you can use right away. My approach is down-to-earth, clear, and collaborative. I’m here to listen—not judge—and to understand what’s getting in the way of your daily life. Our sessions will be collaborative, open, and insightful, tailored to your needs. We’ll set priorities together, keep plans realistic, and make adjustments along the way.

I believe small, consistent changes lead to meaningful results. If mental health care has felt daunting, my job is to make it manageable and straightforward. Care should fit your life—not the other way around.

If this resonates, let’s talk. My door is open.

Why I Chose Psychiatry

Real healing and recovery begin when we address mental health. Psychiatry helps surface and heal underlying, unresolved trauma that can quietly shape our lives for years. I chose this field because it lets me pair neuroscience with human connection—listening closely, asking important questions, and turning what we learn into small, doable steps. Together, we develop insight and shift perspectives in ways that lighten everyday life.

Conditions I Help With

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, postpartum changes, challenges with mood, relationship or marital stress, and recovery from substance or alcohol use. I also support those times when something just feels off, even if it’s hard to name.

I commonly work with people experiencing:

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Relationship or family stress

  • ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders

  • Life transitions and emotional overwhelm

  • Substance or alcohol addiction and recovery support

  • Medication support as part of a holistic plan and more.

A Bit About Me

My time is spent with family, friends, and hobbies. I enjoy boxing, sneaking in early-morning golf rounds when the course is quiet, and unwinding with anime. Most days end with a long walk with my dog—that’s my reset.

Amazing! Peak Wellness Psychiatry has helped me out a lot! A great provider I recommend this place to others I’ve been with him for almost a year and everything’s working out for me

Anna

My provider was great. Really helped me through a dark time through a combination of meds, sounds, and other ways to cope.

Shelly

I am a nurse who was struggling with workplace anxiety and having onset of panic attacks. I have always steered towards being treated by nurse practitioners and my provider has been extremely helpful.

Dara

I have been a patient for a year and a half now. Historically, my psychiatric care has involved heavy-handed medications that left me feeling like I wasn't myself when I was on them. They use a holistic approach to psychiatric care and work with you to find the right balance of medications to treat whatever condition you may have.

Alex

They do more than just write a prescription and end the appointment after five minutes. I feel like he really listens to what I have to say, and that he genuinely wants me to get better. I appreciate all the hard work he's put into treating me so far.

Aaron

Really great program. I love how they have looked at all aspects of my life and not just what medication that I am taking. I think if you are looking for great progressive and functional care professionals this place is the way to go!

Bridget

I've been seeing my provider for over a year now and it has been the best psychiatry experience I've had to date. My provider is not the type of provider to just write you a prescription and then send a bill. He focuses on treating the entire mind and body holistically.

Ellie

My provider is very thoughtful with his approach to mental health and the psychiatry industry. I was surprised to find a telehealth mental health specialist who actually took insurance but even more, so who also looked at every part of my life. I thought holistic just meant organic or crunchy, but he has totally changed my mind and mental health!
