With each client, my goal is to help them to reach their peak wellness by using a collaborative approach to make meaningful changes that will have a cumulative and positive long-term impact.

I provide online psychiatry to my patients with flexible online appointment scheduling, which allows them to be conveniently seen from the privacy and comfort of their home or office. I have over a decade of experience in healthcare working across a variety of settings including psychiatry family practice. My doctorate training is in the areas of psychiatry and family practice. I offer a holistic approach to psychiatric care with the aim of a deep healing of the mind, body, and spirit.

I am skilled at assessment and at working collaboratively with patients to formulate a treatment plan that meets you where you are at in making changes in your mental health and wellness. My aim with each client is to help them to reach their peak wellness through assessment and constructing a treatment plan in collaboration with my patients that takes into account their own individual uniqueness, and experiences.
